Grandma X 2

Grand baby #2 Evie was born yesterday at around sunset... She is absolutely gorgeous and coming in at 6 pounds positively dainty in a family prone to 8-10 pounders. It went smooth and everyone is happy and healthy. We are are all thrilled, especially grandma and big sister Livie.

    We just got back from our second visit. Livie held Evie in her lap for almost a half hour, marveling at each little change in expression and the way those tiny fingers wrapped around hers and held tight. The two are bonding like magic. And it seems son number one and wife, lucked out again, this new one seems to have a very calm and sweet temperament... just like her big sister.
